工作原理：利用在两个独立腔体内端面积不同的大小活塞（柱塞）运动，通过力的平衡原理，在低压腔给大面积活塞施加小的压力，高压腔内小面积活塞（柱塞）便能输出大的压力。面积比越大的泵输出的压力越高；

输出压力计算公式：输出压力=驱动气体压力×压力比（大小活塞面积比）；

通过压缩空气驱动，调节压缩空气压力即可改变输出压力；调节压缩空气的流量可以改变气动增压泵的动作频率，从而改变输出流量的大小；

输出压力与驱动压力成线性比例关系，容易实现控制操作；

当达到设定输出压力，大小活塞达到里的平衡，增压泵停止工作，此时不再消耗能量，也没有任何热量产生，具有良好的压力保持特性，当有压力泄漏时，增压泵自动补充压力，频繁启动无任何影响；

气动增压泵体积小，结构紧凑，便于安装，便于自动化控制，无需润滑，无需专人专职维护性及耐用性；

因其不需要用电，无火花产生，适合煤矿、石油石化、化工等防爆场合。

气动液压泵典型应用

液压机具如螺栓拉伸器、液压螺母、液压千斤顶等的动力源；

无键连接如大型联轴器、船用舵机、螺旋桨、机车车轮、齿轮、轴承的液压拆装压；

阀门、管道及容器等的压力和爆破试验；

液压胀管及钢管自增强试验卸；

液压夹具、举升、阀门的开启控制及压力机过载保护；装

超高压色谱装柱机。
